Besides being promoted to Captain, Byrd was awarded the Zebra Murder Award which recognizes blacks for murdering unarmed white people.

I have been calling people on this.

Ah, but since the crime occurred in the District, any charges filed and any trial held would also have to occur in the District. Do you think a D.C. jury would choose to convict him regardless of the evidence against him?
