Interesting shift from liberals by them now conceding that there was "coordination" (COLLUSION) between Willis and Smith but their big problem is that Willis painted herself into a corner by her vociferous denial of any communication at all with Smith. Congress needs to investigate and FOIA requests must be made.

Willis is likely gone before case reaches court.

the Georgia Attorney General needs to investigate...This is a sick joke.

Sounds like one might be able to build a RICO case out of this...

Of course. So what? The so-called Republicans will do nothing.

The problem with this picture of FW charging Trump and company with RICO violations is what background or history does she have in this litigation? She has been a low-level prosecutor for almost 20 years and only became Fulton County DA in 2021. Now she has all the experience necessary to put together a RICO case against the former POTUS?!?! Someone else is holding the brush.

So what if he did?!? Who’s going to do anything about it? They’ll just throw you in jail for pointing out their crimes.

By itself such coordination would just make sense so the two would not step on each other. Given the circumstances I suggest that the coordination is actually a series of overt acts in furtherance of a conspiracy to interfere with a federal election.

Trump CANNOT appear in Georgia to answer these charges. He must stay in Florida, denounce the charges as illegitmsate and unconsitutional, and refuse to appear. It puts tremendouse pressure on DeSantis - who will not want to turn him over. The "full faith and credit" argument is nonsense, since the charges have to have a parallel in Florida, which they do not. DeSantis would be an instant folk and conservative hero if he called Willis a "Soros sock puppet" and refused to send Marshalls to Mar-A-Lago, and refused any unlawful DOJ or FBI efforts to try and intervene. If Florida Marshalls need to arrest FBI agents, so be it. ENOUGH! END THIS TYRANNY NOW!
