The expectations are baked in — Philadelphia, Baltimore and all the other locations will tally 95% for the Democrat and everyone will shrug and say “They always do that”.
How the voters actually voted doesn’t have to come into the picture all. The posted result will seem normal, and that will be sufficient.

I doubt that.. Philly and Baltimore usually report 117% Democrat and people shrug and say “They always do that, nothing suspicious there”. If, this time, they only report 95% Rat, that’s a major voting shift.
