They can stop everything, until the border is closed. Then impeach him.
As soon as they start doing that, the following will happen: The Injustice Department will reveal secret investigations against 20 Republican representatives, some of whom are in leadership, on very, very serious trumped up charges. Those reps will be arrested and removed from office. Goodbye, Republican majority in the House.
What's to stop them from doing that?

If they show a united front, start impeachment proceedings against The Pedo, Garland and Mayorkas, I seriously doubt that would happen.
If that does happen, well, it's well past time for the peasants to storm the castle, with pitchforks and torches.
We are at that point.
