Bloggers have been on the rise ever since.
Come back HumbleG!
Thanks. I wondered where he went.
To me, that's the best way. Have a great weekend!
Maybe he did.
I recommend everyone start examining it for themselves. It's very rewarding
You do the same. π
The Greens were the original watermelons - green on the outside, red on the inside.
Secularism leads people to look to the government for guidance in all things. Secularism leads people to believe they can do anything they want as long as it is approved by the government. Secularist are winning that battle for now. Secularism will go the way of the dinosaurs when people cannot feed a child or heat home and the government throws their collective hands up and blames global warming or over population etc.. People will be done with that BS at which point secular governments will be tossed out and secularism will die a violent death. It will take more than one cold winter to set any of that in motion. It will take years as populations move to more moderate or warm climates. People's behavior will change, diets will change, lifestyles will change, I would expect to see people begin to form like minded communities and co-ops outside government control. Food will be hoarded meat, vegetable and grains will stay in the co-ops and not be distributed to urban areas. Urban areas will eat the Soylent green the government provides and slowly starve to death. Eventually there will be a French Revolution moment. At which time if they have not already, governments and nation states will fall. Secularism will die as any belief in government ends. This all was predicted by some economists back in the early Nineties.
Whether that means a return to spirituality is an entirely different discussion. In the Old Testament God warns the Jews if they turn their face from him he will return the favor and all hell will break loose. The metaphor certainly applies here.
Can’t grow a garden in 20 degree weather.
I was just responding to the post of Worldtraveler once upon a time in #4, with what I see as the real threat. π
All that we see, past & present are the results, throughout time. It had to be that way for humans to learn.
Don't like what you see? Return to the Lord. π
Go drool in front of the boob tube to some more “brought to you by Pfizer.” That’ll prove how smart you are.
Apt indeed. We are experiencing the very same gradual erosion of our rights. ‘Slow heating to a boil’ is the usual metaphor.
It is not far fetched to imagine that the “Greens” and their ilk would round us all up, put us into camps and do away with most of us. For the earth, of course.
Nothing new: Wood is the new coal... https://vimeo.com/518884074
The key issue is the lack of $$$ globally to implement all of the Left Agenda.
“Eventually you run out of other people’s money”
Global Warming is all about setting up a global tax of trillions without anyone ever voting on it.

I have no problem with your estimation of them. Given the SPD angles towards socialism slowly while the actual Marxist-Leninst Party in Germany also points that way, the Greens are just another "Red" too.
I missed a bet when we were there. I should have kept a small poster for these jerks as a souvenir. It was hung up in our little neighborhood.

In the fwiw department more people die of hypothermia than hyperthermia.
It’s not even close.

BS.. if trump had caught on to this he wouldnβt have signed blank checks that big pharma, locked down and restricted travel of Americans. He is still saying everyone wanted the shots. As a big middle finger to the constitution he gave them mail in ballotsβ¦ he picked the side of Marxists globalists along with woke Disney and the alphabet mafia.
