This is just another case of projection. Jack Smith is charging Trump for the exact crime that Jack Smith is committing. Actually, it’s the same crime the entire federal government commits every day.

Not all states allow write-ins. And many that do only allow write-ins for candidates who have specifically registered to be a write-in candidate.
