I’ve had some personal experiences, too. I’ve been taking 2,000iu vit. D daily (with some fat and a vit. K2) since Oct. 2020. I’ve had a few tests since then just to be sure that I wasn’t overdoing it. My dr. advised, “Maybe cut back on the vit. D. It’s running a little high.” I’ve always come in at squarely 50ng/ml. That’s not even close to ‘high’.
It’s terrible to not be able to value one’s dr’s opinion/advice.

All according to the plan of Barack Hussein Obama, the evil Hannibal Smith of American politics, to bring about the fundamental transformation of the United States by undermining the public's faith and confidence in our institutions so we'll be open to something different.
