There are a whole lot of statutes which could be thrown at the FBI for what they did to that unfortunate kid.
Sadly, this is probably 90% of the “Terrorist Takedowns” that have happened domestically since 9/11. They get a report that some mentally challenged, half-drunk guy is shooting his mouth off in a bar, contact him, and go to town. If left alone, the person would never do anything.
Setting him up to be a mass murderer.
