You've gotta give Governor Hair Gel credit...at least he's now addressing his contempt for the 2nd Amendment in the only proper way: he's proposing a Constitutional Amendment.

But one would assume that he understands that even if his amendment gets through Congress he'll be lucky if 15 state legislatures would ratify it.
