Why complicate this? BOTTOM LINE is Trump's docs fall under the PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS ACT, not the ESPIONAGE ACT! Simple.As.That. Someone please call Jackoff Smith and tell him this. The Judge should TOSS this SHAM INDICTMENT and ADMONISH ALL WHO'VE BROUGHT IT. The ESPIONAGE ACT DOES APPLY to a SENATOR JOE BIDEN OR VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN WHO STEALS CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS FOR SALE TO FOREIGN ENEMIES OR FOR HIS SON HUNTER TO SELL TO FOREIGN ENEMIES IN EXCHANGE FOR MILLIONS OF DOLLARS PLACED INTO SECRET LLC BANK ACCOUNTS. The latter example is FAR MORE SERIOUS than any violation of the Presidential Records Act yet.. WHERE ARE THOSE CHARGES? There. And I'm not even a lawyer.

Biden has gotten boxes and boxes of classified information.

Th classified information that the Biden got and still has was stolen when he was the V.P. under Obama.

I really believe we will never know many boxes of classified information were stolen by Biden, but it is at least ten times more boxes than President Trump.

Of course it is. What the hell do you think the Democrats have been doing all this time? They want no part of the Constitution.

I heard Barnes say that as an Ex-President Trump must first be impeached before he can be charged?

Can anyone add to that? I does not seem correct to me. I did not see that mentioned in the Constitution impeachment clause.
