Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine
ORYX ^ | Since February 24, 2022 and daily | ORYX

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

I believe this is more of an evaluation so UKR pilots can compare the Gripen fighter to the F-16.

The Gripen can carry Aim-120s, Aim-9s, RBS-15F anti-ship missile, KEPD.350 (ALCM), Paveway II LGBs, SDBs, and iron bombs.

Since they can carry SDBs, it would be easy to certify JDAMs for carry and release.

--- "Your post has nothing to do with the topic, and is just an ad hominem attack, like a gradeschooler."

What a clever complaint. Apparently you don't notice that Speedy in Texas begins the day's list with a link to a Dutch site: oryxspioenkop.com, as have been many months running.

See: https://freerepublic.com/tag/by:speedyintexas/index?tab=articles

Example for today: "Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine"
ORYX ^ | Since February 24, 2022 and daily | ORYX

Yesterday's --- "Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine ORYX ^ | Since February 24, 2022 and daily | ORYX"

The day before: "Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine ORYX ^ | Since February 24, 2022 and daily | ORYX"

And before that, as on the 19th, like filling out a form based on this Dutch site: "ORYX ^ | Since February 24, 2022 and daily | ORYX"

How about a week before that: "Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine ORYX ^ | Since February 24, 2022 and daily | ORYX"

And a week earlier: "Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine ORYX ^ | Since February 24, 2022 and daily | ORYX"

A formula being filled out, rooted regularly in a Dutch site which sells their war books and asks donations. Daily trolling, so does this seem.

For the English language website with the URL -- https://www.oryxspioenkop.com/ -- and its Turkish and Japanese dual-language sites. You will note these Dutch fellows are active on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, so you can follow them directly if you so choose. Or Speedy as your regular marketing troll for the Dutch site on Free Republic can list them for you.

But a look to your comments courtesy of Free Republic shows you to participate a great deal to Speedy in Texas / ORYX posts, after apparently deciding to participate on or about the 21st. With over three dozen in recent days.

Reference: https://freerepublic.com/tag/by:beaubo/index?tab=comments;brevity=full;options=no-change

You seem to not notice that the little rhyme mentions the Dutch fellows, something from their background, and the whole game here. Pro-Z, without a doubt.

As to the Dutch, the Netherlands' GDP to debt ratio is about 46 percent, while the US is currently 122 percent and rising. What is it about the Europeans who are so intent on propping up the US to send more money and material to Ukraine, while they are in far better a financial shape than are we? These Dutch boys are not just propping up Ukraine, but in doing so encouraging our United States to incur even more debt, as we get ready to surpass $32 trillion in unfathomable debt. For the Netherlands. For Poland. For....

Notice that ORYX publishes in Japanese, whose debt ration is over 260 percent. Keep bucking up the Japanese to send money to Ukraine. But Turkey, with a 38 debt ratio as part of NATO, isn't sending their money. Because our "liberal world order" Joe is bleeding -- red ink.

So you fail to observe that the rhyme has a great deal to do with the topic, specifically the day-after-day ORYX source material and consistent :formal" stratagem. As to any ad hominem, the term does not apply. Have a nice ORYX day.

Thanks. I just finished constructing a cedar picket fence across the back of the property in my panic. And took some time to better review the Dutch boys’ fine work.

By the way, I just looked to your "links" page, and "The Politically Incorrect Fish / http://thepoliticallyincorrectfish.com/."

First the "blue" embed link does not function. Second taking the typed URL brings a failed "load" of the web page. Third, the URL you cite on your FR links page yields an interesting result, courtesy of whois.com.

Domain: thepoliticallyincorrectfish.com
Registrar: Hong Kong Juming Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Registered On: 2022-04-28

And the registrant is noted as State: HE BEI with Country: CN.

China?

Not wanting to believe the query, I repeated it.

https://www.whois.com/whois/thepoliticallyincorrectfish.com

Don't you find that just a little interesting? I posit that 1) you failed to pay your yearly domain, and some Chinese firm bought it up, thinking you would pay more for it, 2) didn't care to maintain the site, or perhaps 3) you are Chinese, or related to real, honest-to-goodness Chinese in Hong Kong. Hmm.

Thanks for the clarification. You might want to amend your links page.

Having surveyed your posted articles, I tended in a direction like that, my 2 being rather akin to your 4. As to domain names, it is fascinating that the ICANN abuse of "capturing" dropped domain names for warehousing is not more deeply addressed. Nor spam reporting by the domain peddlers.

“It was Trump who saved these (cluster) munitions from destruction.”

Those millions of rounds could finish off the war as it is, or be a vital stopgap, should Russia mobilize a million or more new troops.

I believe that Turkey has already provided the Ukrainians with DPICM (cluster bomb) 155mm Artillery shells.

Russia has been extensively using cluster munitions with their Grad (Hail) MLRS, since day one of the war.

I also heard that the Ukrainians had requested old American “Rockeye” cluster bombs, so that they could disassembly them, and use the sub-munitions as individual munitions for drones.

“The M26 rockets would be devastating.”

They sure were to the Iraqi Army, on the “Highway of Death”. Really effective on forces on the move.

“Apparently you don’t notice that Speedy in Texas begins the day’s list with a link to a Dutch site: oryxspioenkop.com”

That is an incorrect assumption.

On this thread, we have discussed the options for getting estimates of losses, and like Oryx’s OSINT method of only counting visually confirmed losses (even if that systematically undercounts). It is still more objective than the reports out of the public relations Departments of the Russian or Ukrainian Ministries of Defense.

I fail to see how being Dutch would make the site authors less credible. The Netherlands has been a staunch ally and strong member of NATO, and solid in their support of our shared values.

--- Thanks for the questions:

1. Why come here

It is indeed amusing so to do. Insights into the structure of the FR comment salvos back and forth inform, as one looks deeper.

2. Why comment

You comment. Or is this a private party?

3. You sure spend a lot more time than I have to dig around and check people out, interesting

Yes, indeed. I'm an old guy, in olive drab once upon a time. Given the fine tools of the FR website, one can look at well-presented and listed posts, comments and articles by each member, so that's "speedy."

Additionally, as I am most concerned about my nation's massive ~$32 trillion dollar debt and the corruption of the Biden-Obama administration, how money is spent is of paramount concern. Therefore, when willy-nilly "send more money" messages cheer on a non-NATO war between thugs, I take an interest in the messaging, such "who," why and where. How are you doing with the nation's debt? Any concerns? What do you think about so much of Europe not ponying up in the way we are being asked to do? Any concerns there? Or are the billions of US dollars being expended with no sure outcome just the cost of doing business....

@visegrad24 3h

“Denmark and the Netherlands will lead a European coalition in providing F-16 training for Ukrainian pilots. Norway, Belgium, Portugal and Poland will also contribute to training.

More countries are expected to join this initiative soon” - US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.

(I believe that France has already announced its intention to participate as well)

Senator John McCain (RIP) really had Vladimir Putin’s number. He totally nails his analysis and predictions in this three minute clip from the archives:

As a almost 40 year vet I get where you are coming from, perhaps my cold war upbringing helps in my hatred of Russian/ soviet aggression
To your point about our debt, that is real and compared to green energy folly, wasteful social spending, pork belly projects and bloated govt payrolls let’s start with fib,doj and the hill this is and of course my opinion money well spent. I am sure we will disagree but these things we are sending much of it surplus and being retired and replaced was intended to fight the Soviet Union and disregard at your own safety putin is Soviet to his bones. He has talked it, he has written on it and now he is acting AGAIN on it

Besides the naked aggression and invading of a sovereign country(only NATO membership matter? Ie if Putin had invaded Estonia you would be fine with the spending and death of our own soldiers), there are greater global issues I see like Putin controlling even more resources esp food sources that would have far ranging consequences
I also see this as a shot over the bow of XIand his global desires.

Abrams, 155s, himars, Bradleys mean nothing in a war with China, if it comes to that it is already over. Giving Xi a reason to think he might end up like Russia and Putin does matter

So that is my two cents
Enjoy the thread, comment all you like if it amuses you. I find it a bit curious but you do you
Peace brother

“Storm Shadow attack on Russians in occupied Berdanysk. Big explosion.”

If the Germans also provide their old cruise missiles as discussed recently, which have a 300 mile range, the Kerch Bridge could be serviced any day of the week - as could Sevastotpol.
