And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come1 Thess. 1:10
For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. 11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also you do.1 Thess. 5:9-11
“So say you. I’ll take scriptural doctrine over yours any day and twice (today) on Sunday.”
But that’s not what you’re doing. That’s what you’re CLAIMING to do, but really you’re relying on the teachings of men of the last two or so centuries. Your understanding of the “Rapture” is a recent thing. You’re understanding of the anti-Christ is a recent thing. It’s not scriptural. It’s a modernistic interpretation read back into scripture over the last two or so centuries.
