Going to the actual research

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12030833/Scientists-say-meat-crucial-human-health-call-end-pushing-zealotry-veganism.html

Researchers in Animal Frontiers said that unprocessed meat is responsible for providing B12 vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, and minerals, such as iron and zinc, as well as supplying retinol.

The paper suggested that the link between red meat and disease was almost eradicated when it was combined with a healthy diet, leading to the suggestion it was the rest of the diet that is the cause behind health issues.

Aspects of human anatomy, digestion, and metabolism diverged from other primates, indicating evolutionary reliance on, and compatibility with, substantial meat intake. Implications of a disconnect from evolutionary dietary patterns may contribute to today’s burden of disease, increasing the risk for both nutrient deficiencies and chronic diseases.

Meat supplies high-quality protein and various nutrients, some of which are not always easily obtained with meat-free diets and are often already suboptimal or deficient in global populations. Removal of meat comes with implications for a broad spectrum of nutrients that need to be accounted for, whereas compensatory dietary strategies must factor in physiological and practical constraints.

There are many references to Jesus eating meat. I am a health care professional with an interest in nutrition with an understanding of how important food is. God gives us guidance on all things in life to give us peace, joy and tge ability to carry out His will. Why not eat meat?

The problem culturally is that people who feel macho about “eating steaks” also tend to scorn vegetables, as not being macho enough. As if you’re a wussy if you admit to eating them. So eating red meat is statistically associated with poorly balanced diet generally, which accounts for earlier correlations.

One thing the three monotheistic religions agree on is that we can eat meat, yet vegans think there is something wrong with the rest of us for doing so.

This is why they don’t want any of us in the coming “slave and servant” class to have any meat. They want us to die.

Each day they find and plan new schemes to kill us.

All of this would much much harder for them if they had not of passed Obamacare. That is the reason the elites exempted themselves from it.

People may think this is crazy now. Even when the likes of Gates, Schwab, Harari are telling you what they are doing and putting things in motion behind the scenes.

Their plan is not to keep you healthy by not eating red meat. It is to kill you off by eating things that will not keep you healthy in the long run.
