The problem culturally is that people who feel macho about “eating steaks” also tend to scorn vegetables, as not being macho enough. As if you’re a wussy if you admit to eating them. So eating red meat is statistically associated with poorly balanced diet generally, which accounts for earlier correlations.
The best way to take the macho out of an only meat diet...Grilling the vegetables along with your choice of meat. It really is that simple. Grilling giant zucchini and giant leeks with basil tonite. Right next to me and wifey’s giant steaks. Hope it’s enough vegi’s to balance out the macho.
Veggies are not needed for a healthy diet. You can go 100% carnivore and be completely fine.
