The headline is a blood libel. There was no intention to use deadly force against this guy, just an attempt to restrain him from assaulting others.

Ashli Babbit by contrast, could have been physically restrained but was not so lucky. She was instead shot in the neck while helpless and easy to apprehend at point blank range. Now THAT is an actual case of judging and killing.

I'm venturing a guess here; but no matter what percentage of the NYC population is whites, it's highly likely that they are vastly underrrepresented on the New York subway.
