There never was any intention of paying the tribute (”reparations”). It’s part of the larger enterprise of manipulating blacks into being cannon fodder in the war against human existence.
So, just anyone can wander in from the street and claim that he's a Negro, and thus entitled to reparations? Or will a Nuremberg-style chart - with definitions of what constitutes a "Mulatto," a "Quadroon," an "Octaroon," etc. - have to be consulted?
