It has to be transported into the city from farmland, or grown hydroponically which is energy, water resource, and human labor intensive.
Talk about hypocrisy from an elected politician, and being short-sighted and purposely ignorant !
He'd rather we all be 'vegans' and be fed plants, insects, and vitamin supplements rather than protein as Mother Nature and God provides.
Vegans are among the least healthy people on the planet. They think they’re healthy, but you can’t fool Mother Nature or God.
