“rigged voting machines”

Precinct level voting machines can be set up quite securely.

The precinct level machine counts and the post-election paper ballot counts should be compatible. The public should be informed of both (the machine counts by jurisdiction, precinct and machine). Paper ballots should remain separated by precinct and date of receipt.

If there is a runoff election, as say in Georgia, the voting machine counts get erased.

I believe one can say voter fraud in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona and Michigan made the voter fraud “widespread”

Agree many court cases are still in the workings it’s a huge pile the democrats have to cover up.

History will not forget or forgive them for all the damaged to the country they have caused.

They made China stronger by the day

From an article on the web:

The claims made in the filing are monumental: The filing, in addition to claiming that Fox News continued to push election fraud lies on air while privately deriding them....

Pfeiffer replied, and said that “many on ‘our side’ are being reckless demagogues right now.”

“Of course they are,” Carlson wrote back, according to the filing. “We’re not going to follow them,” adding “What [Trump]’s good at is destroying things. He’s the undisputed world champion of that. He could easily destroy us if we play it wrong.”

Months later on Jan. 6, 2021, hours after insurrectionists had invaded the Capitol, Carlson once again texted Pfeiffer: “Trump is a demonic force, a destroyer. But he’s not going to destroy us.”

Carlson, who also had Powell on his show multiple times, at one point texted his producer on Nov. 16 to say “Sidney Powell is lying. F****** bitch.” It’s unclear what specifically Carlson was referring to, as the previous portion of the filing is redacted.

Days later, on Nov. 18, Carlson texted fellow Fox News host Laura Ingraham, “Sidney Powell is lying by the way. caught her. It’s insane.” Ingraham responded with a text: “Sidney is a complete nut. No one will work with her. Ditto with Rudy [Giuliani].”

On Nov. 22, Fox Vice President Raj Shah texted Carlson’s producer Pfeiffer: “...so crazy right now so many people openly denying the obvious that Powell is clearly full of it.” Pfeiffer responded: “She is a f****** nutcase.”

On the same day, Trump finally disavowed Powell. Later that night, Carlson texted Ingraham that it was he who suggested to the White House that they distance themselves from Powell.

Powell’s source also claimed in this email that she gets her information from experiencing “something like time-travel in a semi-conscious state,” allowing her “to see what others don’t see, and hear what others don’t hear.”

According to the filing, Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch, emailed CEO of Fox News Suzanne Scott while watching Giuliani spout conspiracies on the channel: “We don’t want to antagonize Trump further, but Giuliani [should be] taken with a large grain of salt. Everything at stake here.”

The filing says reporter Jacqui Heinrich “accurately fact-checked” Trump’s claims in a tweet of her own, pointing out that “top election infrastructure officials” had concluded that “there is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

If electors in a state can be “stolen” from Trump or DeSantis, electors can also be “stolen” from one Democrat presidential candidate by the operatives of another Democrat presidential candidate.

Ukraine is a mess now because their election system was not considered trustworthy.

Weaknesses in our systems need to get minimized. They should not be exaggerated nor downplayed.

I'll bet Tucker Carlson was part of "The Deal" behind closed doors. And FauxSpews most likely didn't pay anywhere near the reported settlement sum - if they paid anything at all.

American Pravda rolls onward.

EVERYTHING you see in the "news" is a lie, and manipulation.

Plan accordingly .

Agree the democrat party is the dangerous link in our government.

They are causing the weaknesses in our systems look at the damage they caused in the last two years just think of what they have planed for the next two years.

You only have Liberty once

You’re certainly right as regards compensatory damages.

But who knows how much a Delaware jury might have awarded Dominion in punitive damages?

Even so, the notion that this lawyer, who will be taking home many millions, finds the settlement “bittersweet” is pure BS!

While source code would be the best, they only need to run a black box-test on machines by inputting votes and looking at the output. Reverse engineering an ASIC would be costly but doable, and of course, getting the software is preferable. But the cheats would never give them the actual code. I bet they have multiple versions ready to perform their bidding(s).
