As Twitchy reported earlier, swimmer Riley Gaines, an outspoken opponent of allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports, saw CNN take an interesting tack on her assault by protesters at San Francisco State University. “I was ambushed and physically hit twice by a man,” Gaines recalls, but according to CNN, “A video Gaines posted from the event showed her moving quickly while surrounded by security officers. A protester can be heard shouting ‘trans rights are human rights,’ but the video is shaky and does not appear to show an assault.”
Andy Ngo has posted more video from the event, and one “protester” suggests Gaines pay them each $10 to allow her to leave.
“Tell her to pay us, then she can go.”

Gaines says to imagine if the roles were reversed:

There would be arrests and repercussions for the perpetrators and administration who allowed this.

Instead, the campus police and University did nothing. They were scared to assert any force and adequately do their job for fear of coming off as racist, transphobic, or anything other than an ally to the community.

There would have been an outcry of anger & disgust from every journalist, politicians, entertainers & sports figures.
