My belief is they are on the CIA payroll. The Agency has long fashioned itself to be the architect of society. They have the MSM (Project Mockingbird) on their payroll and they contract and pay civilian psychiatrists with our tax dollars as well. The ‘head shrinks’ are dispersed in society to use their profession as cover to turn mentally disturbed individuals into ticking timebomb killers. They can do this through hypnosis sessions while claiming they are ‘treating’ the patient. The CIA’s society-shaping mission regarding the killing of children is to seize upon this most highly emotionally gripping event to propel society into agreeing to give up their guns.
