So not the same guy. They could’ve stuck cotton or something behind the ears to make him look jug-eared like the original. The shape of the face — especially the chin.

These two pictures are not of the same person although you can tell an attempt was made it to appear as if they are. The shape of the head tells the tale. Weight loss or a change in diet or activity level does not change the bone structure and shape of the head. If Fetterman emerges from the hospital being spry and able to speak intelligently, then we will know we are being “had”, big time!
Also, take a look at the eyes and the expression portrayed in each picture. Nope. Not the same person.
A lot of people on this forum could use a drug like that.
They might have done one of the new rapid detox’s. They have protocells for all the drugs it will help.
