DeSantis has no legal authority to “block” anything. This is a “criminal” case in the County of New York, in the City of New York, in the State of New York. Be careful about the precedent that you want DeSantis to set. If a Governor, can refuse extradition on political grounds, you can’t bitch when a liberal Governor refuses to extradite Antifa scumbags or Cop killers to Red States.
