Biden does. He has the DOJ, FBI, IRS and all the weaponized agencies doing his bidding, persecuting his political opponents, and generally protecting him. Biden can pretty much destroy whomever he wants with his immensely powerful resources. Who can stop him?
Nah. Biden can not fire a single republican elected during mid-terms or before. He can sick the DOJ after someone but there is still the courts and SCOTUS.
