More on Possible Trump Indictment: Fox News Reports Final Preparations Being Made to Arrest Trump Next Week… He will “Be Fingerprinted and Processed”

As reported earlier law enforcement agencies are preparing for a possible Trump indictment as early as next week.

Earlier this year the Manhattan District Attorney’s office revived its criminal investigation into Trump’s ‘hush payments’ to porn star Stephanie Clifford, AKA, Stormy Daniels and elevated the case from a misdemeanor to a felony.

Trump has been accused of paying Daniels ‘hush payments’ in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

Trump has denied the affair.

President Trump didn’t testify to the Manhattan grand jury this week.

Trump’s lawyer Joe Tacopina blasted the prosecutors in the Stormy case earlier this week.

“It’s not what we do. This is not what we do. We are distorting laws to try and bag President Trump. I don’t know if it’s because he’s leading in the polls,” Trump’s lawyer Joe Tacopina said on Good Morning America. “I don’t know what it is, but this prosecutor and this prosecutor’s office has made an agenda. They have scoured his personal life and business life for seven years to try to find something.”

Fox News reported Friday evening that final preparations are being made to arrest Trump next week.

The Manhattan DA’s office asked for a meeting with law enforcement ahead of the possible Trump indictment.

Trump will “be fingerprinted and processed like every other defendant” – Fox News reported.

The Secret Service will make the decision to handcuff Trump or not.

They better not. No one has ever even been charged with this exact crime before. It’s an outrageous abuse of the justice system.

If You Can’t Beat Him, Indict Him – NBC Testing Water with Anonymous Source Report that New York Is Planning to Indict President Trump

The pearl-clutching apoplexy is thick in the latest report from NBC claiming the Dept of Homeland Security, FBI and New York City officials are conducting preparation drills in anticipation of President Trump being indicted for…. wait for it – paying porn star Stormy Daniels. Good grief, I mean they might as well have said the Pentagon is positioning satellites, NORAD is conducting drills and the National Guard has been put on alert… for something.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is investigating Trump for felony falsification of business records because President Trump paid his attorney, Michael Cohen, with business funds identified as ‘legal services’.

(Via NBC) – Local, state and federal law enforcement and security agencies are preparing for the possibility that former President Donald Trump is indicted as early as next week, according to five senior officials familiar with the preparations.

Law enforcement agencies are conducting preliminary security assessments, the officials said, and are discussing potential security plans in and around the Manhattan Criminal Court, at 100 Centre Street, in case Trump is charged in connection with an alleged hush money payment to Stormy Daniels and travels to New York to face any charges.

The officials stress that the interagency conversations and planning are precautionary in nature because no charges have been filed.

The agencies involved include the NYPD, New York State Court Officers, the U.S. Secret Service, the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force, and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, the officials said. NBC News has reached out to all of those agencies for comment, and all have declined to comment. (read more)

I think this overreach will only help him.

But the Left has no reverse gear. They will just forever double down on stupidity until it kills them.

Probably. My first two guesses would be Russia or Saudi Arabia and then in either case it would be perfect for him to abscond with any additional nuclear weapons related TS/SCI documents he never surrendered…Wouldn’t put it past him and wouldn’t put it past people to cheer him on like the my did OJ on the freeway.

Brandon and his power-drunk puppeteers, boiling with anger, spewing lies like the Trevi Fountain, are recklessly lashing out. As usual, Trump is willing to put himself out there and draw their fire, fearless in his belief that his fellow citizens have his back.

In other words, it’s going to be a FAG Playhouse production for the ignorant, retarded and hate-filled bitches who still can’t get over Trump kickin’ slick Willie’s wife’s ass. Expect a 24 pound coffee table book full of photos for the liberal Dung Beetles and a 25 disc DVD set full of CNN and MSN videos. The Dung Beetles will eat that sh*t up.

How can they charge a man for paying hush money to a porn star to shut up about it? He offered a sum, she accepted it is a free exchange. It happens ALL THE TIME in politics and show business. This is higher “up there” than using Bill Cosbys words in a case being settled for money against him in court.

Many things I would never have thought possible. Grabbing a lawyers communications with a client, and using them against said client. This has been done several times now, and it seems to be only against one man and his supporters, DJT.

Charging someone with rape after 30 years or so, in a case where no police report was ever made.

Arresting a President for having classified papers in his study, which is really a precursor to the Presidential library.

Impeaching with false testimony of a phone call that could easily disputed.

Another bad thing, they weaponized political dirt and spent years trying to prove lies they made up, were true.

I don’t know why people aren’t literally up in arms. THIS is what the 2nd amendment was put in the Constitution for.

Congress had its own Hush/Slush fund to pay off individuals who filed complaints of sexual harassment, and other work related issues. Congress paid $17 million in settlements between the years 1997-2017. Information about the fund was made public in 2017. Then Congressman John Conyers (D-Mich) had several woman file complaints of sexual misconduct against him. In 2015, he paid $27,000 to one of those women using money from his Congressional office budget. Conyers ran for re-election in 2015, which means he used taxpayer money to pay a woman to keep her mouth shut so he’d win re-election. Why wasn’t he arrested? He resigned from Congress in 2017, and was dead less than two years later.

If Trump is indicted for this will it be unfair? Yes, based on what I understand of the charges, it will be, unless they have something new to add.

But an unseemly issue involving $100K payments to porn stars for whatever reason just isn’t going to set off the outrage meter for most Americans. Certainly not enough to take up arms. Nor should it.

The electorate will revolt. His remaining few months in office will be nothing but a slow-motion self-demolition/self-dismemberment.

I respectfully disagree. Nothing will happen. People will remain glued to Netflix and their smartphones. Come 2024, Biden will win an easy, comfortable victory with 322 EVs.

Paying some stripper some money to not talk about having an affair? What part of that is a misdemeanor, much less a felony? Misdirecting election campaign funds and then lying about it.

This article is total BS. New York can not arrest Trump in any state except New York. The Secret Service is a Federal Agency, not a New York agency and can not make an arrest for New York, or any other state. New York can indict Trump and ask Florida, (or any state he is physically in at the time), to arrest and extradite Trump but no conservative governor will agree to do that. In the meantime, once an indictment is issued Trump can ask the courts to review the indictment to determine if the charges are even a crime that is indictable.

I would think a previous presidents’
fingerprints would be on file with the
FBI. That headline is BS.
Unless they think Trump has a doppelganger.
And I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t resist or
run, so the handcuffs are out.
Seeing him in handcuffs I believe would
trigger nation wide repercussions.

They KNOW this is the end of Trump, the walls are closing in on him, we have finally reached the tipping point.
