We could call ourselves The Smart Ones. Would you prefer that?
I bet they do.
If you think any Medicare Advantage plan is “Cadillac coverage” you don’t know anything about health insurance.
Medicare Advantage plans are all about bells and whistles.
The price is very low for a reason.
If your employer is “self-insured”, your state insurance board can do up to and including diddly squat about it (except possibly the certification of the company to be self-insured, which NEVER happens).
Well, even NEAR-TERM the health care costs of those who have been vaccinated have been higher.
Of course, once a person is dead their health care costs decrease to ZERO.
As for DWD comments - when you have neither logic or facts on your side all you have left are lies and misdirection. Your weak attempt to change the context of the term “Pureblood” is indicative of evil intent.
It’s called ERISA - from the Dept of Labor. Each person who has a non-government insurance has a contract with their insurance company. If this “surcharge” isn’t in the Summary Plan Description (SPD) - the “contract” between the payer and the employee, he cannot be charged.
Look in that direction.
You can't unilaterally impose a legal obligation on someone else just by sending them a stupid letter.

Perhaps, but not for the reasons you think. The age distribution of vaccinated tends to be older. Older tends to be more health care costs.

They join Harry Potter.
You sound vaxxed… so there’s that.
We’ve had it for several years and its as good or better than the private plan I carried when I had my business.
Sue
.
100 a month??!
Hell, I pay 1400 a month for health insurance....
Quitcherbitchin
Point being, do “they” have a right to extract it (a fee) from someone for “non-compliance” with THEIR mandate that people inject themselves with an EUA vaccine?? I’m thinking this violates Nuremburg laws.........
—> The anti-vaxxers join Nazis, the skin heads and the white surpemicists calling themselves Purebloods long before Harry Potter.
That’s just silliness.
The vaxx came long after Harry Potter was published.
You sound like a #Mudblood
#Pureblood
—> You miss the point. The term ‘pureblood’ has been around long before Harry Potter and the vaccines. When the anti-vaxxers adopt the term ‘pureblood’ they’re imitating Nazis, skin heads and white surpemicists who call themselves ‘Purebloods’.
Ok, should be extremely easy for you, mudblood, to demonstrate with evidence:
…one single non-vaxxed Pureblood who “ adopted the term ‘pureblood’ to imitate Nazis, skin heads and white surpemicists”
Go!
