Husband is on medication.
Husband goes in the hospital.
Wife takes kids and runs to another country.
What is she afraid that the doctors will find out?

What is she afraid that the doctors will find out? More likely, what is she afraid the public will find out? Uncle Fester has a real-life Addams Family. The illegal immigrant/economic refugee/grift climber Gisele Barreto is bisexual, among other things. Likely, her new high profile has opened up new opportunities for her, so to speak.
