Trump says Obama was behind 2014 Maidan Uprising in Ukraine, leading to the US 'teetering on the brink of World War 3'

In a video posted on Tuesday, former President Donald Trump vowed to "clean house of all of the warmongers and America's last globalists," stating that the Obama administration was behind the Maidan Uprising in Ukraine, which took place in 2014.

"World War III has never been closer than it is right now," Trump began.

Trump: "Now we're teetering on the brink of World War 3"

"We need to clean house of all of the warmongers and America's last globalists in the deep state, the Pentagon, the State Department, and the national security industrial complex."

Trump stated that one of the reasons "I was the only president in generations" not to start a war was because "I was the only president who rejected the catastrophic advice of many of Washington’s generals, bureaucrats, and the so-called diplomats who only know how to get us into conflict, but they don’t know how to get us out."

"For decades, we've had the very same people, such as Victoria Nuland and many others just like her obsessed with pushing Ukraine toward NATO, not to mention the State Department support for uprisings in Ukraine," said Trump.

Trump added that these people "have been seeking confrontation for a long time, much like the case in Iraq and other parts of the world."

"And now, we’re teetering on the brink of World War III."

Trump later added, "none of this excuses in any way the outrageous and horrible invasion of Ukraine one year ago, which would have never happened if I was your president, not even a little chance."

"But it does mean that here in America, we need to get rid of the corrupt globalist establishment that has botched every major foreign policy decision for decades, and that includes President Biden, whose own people said he’s never made a good decision when it comes to looking at other countries and looking at wars."

Trump said that these people need to be replaced with ones that "support American interests."

The 2024 presidential candidate vowed to make the State Department, the Pentagon, and the "national security establishment" a "very different place" by the end of his next presidential term if he wins, to "complete the mission" set forth in his last term.

"We never had it so good. We’ll also stop the lobbyists and the big defense contractors from going in and pushing our senior military and national security officials toward conflict, only to reward them when they retire with lucrative jobs getting paid millions and millions of dollars. Take a look at the globalist warmonger donors backing our opponents. That's because they're candidates of war," Trump said.

Trump said the reason the United States didn’t get into any conflicts during his presidency was that "other countries respected us," and he rebuilt the military. "They didn't want to mess around with the United States and now they're laughing at us."

"We could end the Ukraine conflict in 24 hours with the right leadership. At the end of my next four years, the warmongers and frauds, and failures in the senior ranks of our government will all be gone, and we will have a new group of competent national security officials who believe in defending America's vital interests above all else," he concluded.

Trump is correct as usual, and how many times here have we seen these words and this stance of his echoed on FR only to see it attacked, belittled, undermined, and said it’s naive to take this geopolitical stance by neocons/neoliberals here on FR?

Obama had even me fooled. Yes, I knew he was a socialist, closeted homosexual, and a fake candidate. But I never realized what a deep state puppet he was.

I expected his foreign policy would be like George McGovern.

In fact, he set to work immediately causing havoc from installing the MB in Egypt and nearly causing a Copt Genocide, to the Arab Spring, to the destruction of Libya, and Syria, formation of ISIS, causing the greatest refugee flow in Europe since WWII, to droning thousands, to starting a war in Ukraine. He of course brought his race-war politics to the USA as well.

The facts show - he was an angel of death. But the “magic negro” was perfect cover for subversion and chaos all over the globe. Americans still worship him today.

The statute reads: “Any officer who qualifies for federal public office must resign from the office he or she presently holds if the terms, or any part thereof, run concurrently with each other.”

He’s prevented from holding both offices at the same time, is all.

Arguing that Ukrainians didn't want to join the EU and have its standard of living but instead wanted to be part of some Russian-BananaStan Economic Group(CIS) is silly.

Agree.

I was in Kyiv in June 2014. The main street was torn up from cobblestones used as bricks. Another street was blocked to cars by refrigerators, concrete barriers, and other items. The smell of burning tires lingered. Photos and memorials to those killed by the security forces lined the street. I saw bullet holes in makeshift shields.

The Ukrainian people wanted FREEDOM. Yanokovich lied about moving Ukraine towards Europe, and instead aligned with Russia. To blame Maidan on the USA alone does not align with the facts.

Biden comes up with a ‘negotiated’ solution to the war in the summer of ‘24. A ‘victory’ that sets him up for reelection. China will help him. Both Russia and China want Biden.

Or they hope that Putin will suffer a humiliating defeat in Ukraine, followed by regime change in Moscow. Unfortunately the new boss might not be better. Dems and MSM present Biden (or whatever dem ***hole runs in 2024) as some kind of war hero. BARF!!!

IMO, China and Russia want the S to hit the fan as far as
before January of 2025 as it can.

I suspect that China would like a dem to "elected" POTUS in 2024 rather than Trump or DeSantis. Wouldn't they want that to happen after the election? Maybe they predict dem election cheating will be overwhelming.

It’s entirely possible that I am reading the tea leaves wrong,
but I think China wants the Taiwan issue over.

It thinks it can benefit from more five year plans, to get
the Southwest Pacific to how it wants it to shape up.

IMO, if we were to battle over Taiwan, I think the U. S.
would rectify the Spratley Island situation during the
hostilities.

I think the neighbors in the region would appreciate it,
and that might bring them on board as allies over the
long haul.

China is not very popular with some of the players in
the region.

China had about four million people in the armed services,
but traditionally that was more for intimidation that some-
thing based on reality. They are not all decently trained
or armed.

That may have changed, but those are the dynamics as they
were a decade or so ago, from what I’ve read.

A reasonable statement. On the other hand, China can be very patient and make policies conform to goals that may take decades. In my view, having the Biden gang in office in office would be important to them. But I am not sure in what order such events will occur.
