The bloated and unaccountable school bureaucracies are one cause. The other is flooding the country with millions of illiterate Latin American peasants.

From some stats I've see, the scores for US whites are where you would expect them to be, in the upper half of the northwest European scores.

In a Pat Buchanan book (forget which one) he had the stats that showed American Whites did as well as kids in White countries , American blacks did better than most black countries and Asian Americans did as well as kids in Asian countries
