I don’t know why they chose to pick the two clowns who replaced him. Dumbfounded.

I thought Mark was the best guest host for Rush. I believe he would have been better than either of the two shows that replaced him. Some commentators here speculated that it was Mark’s British accent that caused him to be passed over for the job, if so, it was terribly short sighted.
I would not call them clowns but they are milquetoast and you are correct Mark was the best choice

I agree. I always thought Mark should have taken over Rush’s spot.
They were similar in a lot of ways. Both great analysts and a great sense of humor.
