I've said it repeatedly. When Biden was in Congress and even when VP he could hide his incompetence and mendacity. At the top of the food of the food chain one can no longer hide. His incompetence is frightening and putting the nation in jeopardy, and his deceit is the stuff of legend.

BEFORE THE MIDTERM ELECTIONS the National Archives notified the DOJ that there were missing documents. The National Archives went after Trump soon after he left office. For some inexplicable reason the NA was not able to determine that the documents Biden stole were missing for several years after he left office. It's astonishingly coincidental that Biden's lawyers finding these missing documents in a locked closet was disclosed only after the GOP took the House.

So how is it that Biden's personal attorneys were rummaging through a locked closet (or just his unsecured desk) at the Penn Biden Center in DC just before election day and why? The stolen documents were kept at UPenn, where Biden said he was a "full professor" for four years. The Penn Biden Center is said to be Biden's think tank, which has to be an oxymoron.

The WH needs a small military grade CMCO staff whose authority is unquestionable. Every doc has to be signed for and returned, continual audits, surprise inspections etc...

At one time this was the case. The Kenyan replaced all agency heads with activists like himself. In line with the Fundamental Transformation plan these activists changed policy in these agencies making it impossible to get rid of them.

Trump was President and had the power to declassify. Biden was Vide President at the time he took these documents.
The legal standard isn’t intent — it’s negligence.
‘Failure to secure’ is all it takes. Intent to do something bad with it makes it espionage.
