I would respectfully disagree. The Swedish Archer Artillery (Wheeled) System is being sent to UKR.

While the RCH-155 self-propelled gun would probably be restricted to paved roads (or possibly dry dirt roads), they would be much quicker to shoot & scoot than towed artillery.

Paved roads are death traps for wheeled vehicles in winter - anywhere near the front and the Russians will have those paved roads covered by artillery. Without chains, they are not useful cross country or in icy situations.
