The U.S. Virgin Islands on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against banking giant JPMorgan Chase, accusing the Wall Street corporation of turning a “blind eye” toward the conduct of the late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George said in a complaint filed in a Manhattan District Court that JPMorgan Chase facilitated the trafficking of minors for sexual abuse at the hands of Epstein. The bank knowingly “provided and pulled the levers through which recruiters and victims were paid,” George wrote.
George further alleged in the complaint that the banking giant ignored red flags for years as it provided banking services to Epstein and his affiliated companies and entities, often benefiting from deposits into accounts.
The attorney general said JPMorgan Chase was “indispensable to the operation and concealment of the Epstein trafficking enterprise.”

HUH?
In other words: They continued to finance his operations even after being aware of what he was doing...
Isn’t the Virgin islands where Braindead is? Perfect. Maybe he’s smelling and feeling up some young virgins there. You know like 5-12 year olds.
Are they alleging banks conduct business with immoral people?
Preposterous…
How are ESG investments doing?
Sounds like CIA thugs are going after Jamie Dimon
Go after banks rather than the officials because that is where the money is.
they are no doubt still pulling levers on behalf of the customers - in whom the DOJ continues to strangely have no interest investigating.
This is a US Territory so they’re probably just grabbing the low hanging fruit...
And yet no one who victimized those trafficked girls has been held accountable.
Amazing.
I find it odd that Maxwell is in prison for trafficking, yet no one is in prison for a sex crime.
How can one be guilty for trafficking to no one?…
Some people fail to understand money talks and loud take a peek at D.C. and events.
Whores know other whores
Biden’s winter haven.
Another suit looking for free money. It will be interesting to see what evidence they have that shows the bank facilitated Epstein’s sex trafficking knowingly. Processed checks are a normal bank function, generally done electronically and without specific approval or knowledge of a bank employee. If a bank officer delivered cash payments, then we have a situation that begs to be investigated.
Jes Staley... he appears to have been Epstein’s man inside JP Morgan.
JP Morgan should countersue, since the Virgin Islands knew what Epstein was up to and refused to arrest him.
The low hanging fruit didn’t hang himself.
“I find it odd that Maxwell is in prison for trafficking, yet no one is in prison for a sex crime.
How can one be guilty for trafficking to no one?…”
Happens all the time. Most of those “johns” that get busted in prostitution stings never actually get prosecuted. But a pimp? They’ll go to jail for 15 years.
As some are suggesting, this could be a huge ‘see squirrel!’ to distract from the names on that visitor list...
