House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is warning GOP House members to vote for him for Speaker or else.
The GOP barely took over the US House of Representatives after this latest election steal but they somehow squeaked it out. The number of seats going to the GOP should have been 40 more based on history but we have a new way of electing people today and it’s based on whoever comes up with the most votes, legal and illegal.
After winning the House, the GOP must select a Speaker. Normally this would be the Minority Leader but not this year. Kevin McCarthy was Paul Ryan’s pick for the House and the GOP’s elite pick for the House but he’s not America’s pick for the House.
Many GOP Representatives will not vote for McCarthy for Speaker due to any number of reasons:
He lives with Frank Luntz
He’s never stood for anything
He’s against the MAGA movement (who could possibly be against making America greater?)
He allows the Dems to absolutely destroy our country
He’s weak at a time when America is under communist attack and he doesn’t seem to understand it or care.
Many House members say they’ll never vote for McCarthy.
McCarthy is now warning of disaster if he is not voted Speaker.

If McCarthy isn’t voted Speaker of the House in January, he’ll go tell is butt buddy Frank Luntz how mean MAGA has been to him. Vote him down and flush out all of the treacherous RINOs. Let’s get them out in the open. The time for the unspoken option may be approaching.

The gop is in the moment of self-definition. While this is eventually going to get spit and blood on the walls, it is necessary to see if we surrender or stand up to collectivism.
Who else is in the running? McCarthy said he's going to stop funding on Ukraine; he's on board with investigating Fauci among some other issues I heard him speak about. I also read that he stated that 'President' Trump didn't know who that Fuentes guy was which is a far cry from condemning him like the other ahole repubics.
So, with all the vitriol on here against him and apparently out of TGP as well, do we hang together or separately? Dems never, ever split. They are in lock step and I for one am damn sick and tired of it.

That's how they win. They don't care about purity and things such as that. If they have a D next to their name, they get 100% support from the party in a general election - no matter what. Even if you are a brain-damaged buffoon from PA.
Too many Republicans sit home or waste their vote on a fringe party because their candidate was not perfect enough for them and they want to send a message.

It’d be something if republicans turn down McCarthy and Jeffries gets it. Those New York and California house members may just vote with democrats. It wouldn’t shock me if the republicans screw this up.
Biggs was the other. He got 30 votes. He’s even worse off.

There is only a handful of MAGA house republicans, but the slim R majority can work in MAGA’s favor. MAGA’s best power play is controlling the swing vote - not trying to win the speakership.
If they let KM be speaker, the RINOs will save face and not have theiw feewings huwt - but everything they try to pass, they will need MAGA to put them over the top vs Democrats.
If they oust KM, it will be the opposite; everything MAGA tries to do, the RINOs have veto power - and now they will be out for blood. And since they are shallow, power-happy a-holes, they would rather let the Dems win than see MAGA win.
KM’s warning is basically - let us save face and we’ll work with you - embarrass us and we will work with the Dems.
It’s a numbers game and MAGA just doesn’t have the numbers yet to act cocky.
That would be hilarious and historic. And it would show how ridiculous the Republicans are.
The reason not Jim Jordan is, he doesn’t have the votes. Besides, I think he wants to be on the committee that investigates everything.

But the typical Republican battle for purity will likely ruin things. Purity not power is the battle cry!
Stop being realistic. Of course you are the only one, everybody else has this dreamland scenario. the country is center. I’d actually say center left, so in order to win, you have to appease the majority. We haven’t figured that out yet.

So basically it’s KM or no one else. How foolish is that. No Dem will ever go on the (R) side but (R)s will go on the Dem side. McCarthy is useless so if you like the same then go at it. He can make all the promises but he’s a Rino thru & thru. he won’t allow bills to come to the floor just like The Turtle. Is that what you want? You want a guy that last night apparently sat with Hunter Biden at Macron dinner? Look - put another speaker that is willing to go all in for “The People” and if that takes the Rinos over to the (D) side we have no different than last 2 yrs. If that’s what Rinos want so be it. How about standing tall for the Republic just once & quit now the fake facade that is all of corrupt D.C.
