Currently, there are two lawsuits identical to each other that the SCOTUS is reviewing.
The first One, filed by Loy Brunson is still held up in the Utah Federal Court. The second one, filed by Raland J. Brunson has made it to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), Docket #22-380, where 9 Justices in conference will vote (only 4 needed) to move to a hearing.
Both lawsuits include defendants Pres. Biden, Harris, former V.P. Pence and 385 members of congress for breaking their oath of office by voting AGAINST the proposition (that came from members of congress) to investigate the claims that there were enemies of the constitution who successfully rigged the election.
It is important for all of us to read and understand the magnitude of this.
The events of both lawsuits [from March 23, 2021 to November 23, 2022] can be seen at https://ralandbrunson.com/
There is a video that summarizes the lawsuit at the website.
Even supposing they win the lawsuit, how is the Court going to enforce the decision ?
I wonder how the wise latina and kaBenji will rule
This has been posted and discussed a few days ago. Perhaps last Tuesday.

Interesting.
There is no doubt that there was massive election misconduct.
Whether it was sufficient to result in candidate who actually won not getting a federal term office because such misconduct is uncertain and probably not provable.
[my ‘term’ language excludes Georgia presidential electors]
None of these guys are lawyers, and they have lost every flakey case they’ve filed. Their “case” is “docketed” which only means it was received and logged in. It is not a determination by the court to hear it.
This is flakey Don Quixote stuff.
I hope I'm wrong. But I don't theenk so.
Thanks. Fingers crossed.
“… hey discovered that 387 members of Congress along with VP Mike Pence actually voted…”
So, the Senate vote was tied?
If DJT ever again resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave it will be no earlier than 1/20/2025...reagrdless of what happens in with case.
Possibly related, the SCOTUS has ruled several times since the early 1800’s that oath to obtain US citizenship is ceremonial only and is not binding in that one can have dual citizenship and allegiance to a foreign power.
SCOTUS also ruled that the oath for citizenship would not be binding unless Congress established law to make it so.
Would these rulings apply to oath of office?
That the oath is ceremonial only?
That this story has traction tells me a lot about the psyche of the American people. We are so desperate for a shred of integrity to right the election fraud rampant in this country. We hold on to threads of hope this nation can be turned around. It’s too late. A fraud sits in the Presidential office. The Republic is over. I don’t know where we go from here, but acknowledging the reality of where we are is a start.
Bttt.

SCOTUS hasn't agrees to hear anything, and won't hear this. As long as the paperwork follows the legally required format, the clerk will accept it for filing, but that is ALL that has happened.
Do not get up any hopes for this. It is absolutely doomed to fail on multiple levels.
What relief are they asking for? I can’t see anything substantive being done even if they win.
Well, "I" was certainly unaware of it, and I try to follow the news closely. I am amazed that Congress refused to investigate by such a margin.
How about Orly Taitz? Or Lucas "Inspector" Smith?
For a case like this, you need to bring on the Big Guns!
Thanks for posting this article BTW.
