I Still Support Donald Trump
Self | 9 November 2022 | BlackFemaleArmyColonel

Posted on 11/09/2022 5:05:25 AM PST by BlackFemaleArmyColonel

2020 was stolen from Donald Trump. Last night, some state and federal elections were stolen as well. Trump should not be blamed for rampant voter fraud in this Nation. Through God, Trump’s win in 2016 brought many things to light. Trump is not perfect, but none of us are either. He is not a politician, but a fearless man who was ordained to shine light on darkness. He is only one person who is up against powers, principalities and rulers in dark places. He needs our prayers and support. He endorsed candidates he believed would win. Most did. I still believe we will take both houses, barring fraud. Nevertheless, don’t allow the MSM to divide us. That’s what the devil does - divide and conquer.

I really like DeSantis, but Trump is the best person to take our country back to pre-2020. DeSantis should wait - and I believe he will. Like Trump early on, let’s wait and see what DeSantis is about. Many “believed” in Pence and look how that turned out.

Jesus is still on the throne and He sees everything that is occurring. Don’t give up on the Lord and His promises. Evil rulers need prayers too, and they rule but for a time. Let us Christians keep our eyes on Christ. We should be on one team- team Jesus- as we support those whose policies align with God and our constitution.

His best course of action would be to let DeSantis run and win.

I’ll support whoever (a) embodies most of my beliefs and (b) can be elected.

“Oz didn’t even live in PA until just a few years ago.”

I thought he had been a NJ resident until a few months ago. During his Primary campaign didn’t he say that if he won the Primary he would relocate to PA? (Not sure, but I seem to recall that.)

And when you have a choice to join the US Army or the Turkish Army, you DO NOT join the Turkish Army.

The Curley Effect. Things are so bad in the Dem areas anyone with the means and ability leaves. Those that are left behind are poorer, less educated. less options, and tend to vote straight D because they are easily manipulated. “Want free stuff? Vote Democrat. Those klan Republicans gonna put y’all back in chains and take away your Obamaphones and disability.”

High crime = good news for Democrats. It means the educated upper middle class Republican voting types will leave their city and that gives them total control. With total control they can then control the entire state with ‘late arriving’ and late reporting ballots. Rural areas no longer matter and people are realizing their votes don’t count so they don’t bother to show up.

We start out spotting California and New York every national election. We then have to run the table on all the toss-up states and with control of major cities Dems have motor voted their way into office. Unelss we stop mail in ballots, we will keep losing.

Agree.

There remains much work to do.

This I agree with. It's exactly what I woke up with on my mind this morning.

I demur. Doug was an excellent candidate with no money, the kind of guy that would have won before mail-in ballots and press and internet censorship and incessant propaganda.

I would too, problem is he is limited in potential support—too many just won’t support him no matter what

I hate that but don’t know how that is overcome

Hercules was not real.

No one man can clean out the Augean Stables.

It’s not right to judge Trump against an impossible standard.

Trump deserves every kind of support, political and otherwise. Practically speaking, like every other mere mortal, he needs it. He is calling for it, and the next two years will tell if (unlike Churchill post-WWII) he gets it.

> Oz was a terrible candidate, but Fetterman wasn’t? That doesn’t make any sense. <

Ha, yes. You’re right. It doesn’t make any sense. Fetterman had literally nothing going for him except a D after his name. In Pennsylvania that’s probably worth 45% of the vote right there.

And I can see where old-school PA Democrats would trudge through deep snow to vote for Fetterman. Those Democrats still see their party as the party of JFK when it most certainly is not.

And now a disclaimer. I predicted that Oz would win. Did I misread the situation, or did my tagline have anything to do with it? I guess we’ll never know.

From what I understand, Barnette was really popular before Trump endorsed Oz? I kept saying in this forum that everyone was counting their chickens before they hatched but a lot of people were not listening. Why people either didn’t vote or voted for the Dems is a mystery but it did happen.

Yes we could have had a wholly owned CCP establishment type or a candidate whose only claim to fame was she was a child of rape.

Barnette reminds me of Sarah Palin. Both ladies had many good ideas, and were very electable. But they were unpolished.

The GOP establishment left both of them twisting in the wind. And the really sad think is that Trump is not establishment. He should have went with the MAGA candidate Barnette in the primaries. But I guess Oz had more glitter.

Yes. Voted for him twice but hoping he doesn't run again. He hasn't learned to tone down his abrasiveness and become a statesman. He will lose.

“Fetterman beat Oz, does anyone believe that? A BRAIN DAMAGED guy who likes to release killers from prison was elected to the Senate.”

Reverse the scenario: a brain damaged Republican (who would keep a Republican majority in the Senate) vs a Democrat that supports infanticide, inflation, trans surgery, and the whole Biden agenga.

Could you really bring yourself to vote for that Democrat, even though the Republican was brain dead?

Don’t underestimate how many people vote along party lines.

On top of that, Oz ran as “I’m not Fetterman”. He didn’t do much in the way of telling people why to vote for him.

It was the same in Georgia. Herschel didn’t focus enough on reasons to vote for him. His campaign was almost all “stop the Biden agenda”. Many of the ads run by Walker’s campaign didn’t even mention Walker till the very end when they said “I’m Herschel Walker and I approved this message”.

You don’t win by running an “anti” campaign. You’ve got to present a vision of why people should vote for you.

Oz was a weak candidate. Fetterman was an awful candidate. PA hard to win. Oz came close. No way to know Barnett would have done any better.
