Just got home from a 5-day trip and my mail was stacked up by the foot - 90% of it from candidates and issues in the upcoming election tomorrow.

Looks like I’m being flooded from all sides, candidates and issues.

My son-in-law says it’s probably from demographics showing a lot of independent voters in my area. Wouldn’t surprise me.

I tossed all of it without looking at it - my gas bill almost went into the trash as well b/c of all the junk mail.

A decade ago, I switched my registration from Republican to “non-affiliated”. Each election season I am bombarded with mail, and phone calls, from both sides.
