Indeed, the West foolishly invites the Muslim invaders to return. It’s no surprise that they erected a large mosque in the city of Poitiers, near the site of the battle that turned them back in 732. IIRC, the French government was even planning to pay for its construction - but social media backlash made them reconsider.
And after the 9-11 attack, we elected our first muzzy POTUS.
