Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

I don’t disagree with your point.

Rather I think the northeast in Ukraine because its right next to the russian border is less defensible than the south and southwest ukraine which is away from the russian border. If there is a choice between grabbing easily defensible land and hard to defend land—the better option is grabbing the easily defensible land first. Go for the lands in the east last.

The Russians just announced that they had annexed the land they had seized. that means that even if the ukes push the russians out of all the lands they have seized the war will not be over. the war has turned into a war of attrition.

who will run out of resources first.

I don’t think it wise to assume that ukraine will have access to western money and weaponry indefinitely; Zelensky just applied for nato membership. smart move on his part. But all NATO already understands the consequences of letting in Ukraine. I would not be surprised to see NATO turn him down.I think formal NATO rules prevent countries from joining NATO if they don’t have settled borders.

its likely the republicans will take over the congress in november. the first thing they’ll do is turn off the financial spigots to ukraine. the biden administration will have some optional funding to keep things going for a time but that will run out.

right now ukraine is at peak western funding and weapons supplies. they should use it to greatest advantage.

They should be grabbing the easiest pickings and the most defensible lands. both the easiest pickings and the most defensible lands are in the south and southwest.

In fact, if the Ukes can take Melitopol—kherson immediatly becomes indefensible for the Russians. they have to get to the east side of the dneiper. Once they do that, the 30k Uke troops on the Kherson front become freed up for other duties....say in the northeast.

its crazy to have 30 uke troops pinned down in kherson while the 5k uke troops are trying to take the entire northeast.

Best you head on over and tell the Ukraine high Command how to run the war. You might be better at it than they are - However, they are apparently a number of US sources planning the way, so it might be a tougher job than at first glance, but you give em hell..’

Its been a war of attrition since March.

The GOP will have to convince the Democrats to cede their total control of the election process to take over ...

1. There’s no “again”. The vaunted “Kharkov offensive” was undertaken after (and because of) a Russian tactical withdrawal that left a token force that itself was quickly withdrawn once the offensive started. The “mighty AFU” moved into empty space and suffered a brutal artillery and areospace bombardment and may have suffered as many casualties as in Kherson. The RF losses were minimal. So, no “again”.

2. There is also no “again” in Liman. Some sources say the losses by the AFU in its many unsuccessful attempts to take Liman exceed Kherson. What is sure is that they are substantial. As for “fire control”, I’ll take the Military Summary Channel as a better source than yours, although no source is infallible. MSC says the road and other means of egress are still viable IF there is a need. MSC thinks the final battle for Liman is on now since the AFU is conducting night attacks. Some sources say that elements of the Wagner Group have moved in and that the AFU is again failing. But we will see.

Of course, lost in this little drama is the fact that Izyum and Liman are of no strategic importance. The RF withdrew from Kharkov because they concluded that attacking Slavyansk from the Izyum bridgehead wasn’t worth the cost involved in clearing “Sherwood Forest”. So, they withdrew, established as easily defensible line, and severely bled the AFU, which was performing for its Western sponsors. I doubt that Zaluzhny recommended either the southern or northern “offensives”.

It is also interesting that this minor battle around Liman is getting so much press, yet the increaingly desperate situation of the AFU in central Donbass, especially Bahkmut, is being ignored.

Liman may fall or not. Looked at as a whole, Liman doesn’t matter much. The AFU is running out of ammunition, machines (Slovenia had to send 28 T 55s), and other weapons. The RF army is poised on the border to move, and I don’t think the trolls and Tards will like the result. His Fraudulency, President Depends, needs to avoid an AFU collapse before the mid-terms and to maintain the illusion that the Zelensky regime is doing well. If President avoids an embarrassment like Afghanistan before the elections, it won’t be by much.

What I find ridiculous about Liman is the amount of forces committed to what is a largely rebel garrison held by 500-1000 fighters at this point. It is now about a Ukrainian army corps that is trying to dislodge them and fail for weeks. The rebels are supported by artillery and air, but it is still ridiculous.
For the Russians even the loss is going to be a sort of Korengal Valley, for Ukies it is already a sort of Somme.

"That shows you know nothing."

That is some fine logic and debate right there.

"The Germans said a week ago that they have secured enough gas for the winter."

PIFster, do you trust the "geniuses" that purposefully neutered itself and hitched its wagon to Russia by "going green" and mothballing coal and nuclear power plants?

So when are you and ZZpeedy going to make it official and get hitched? If you love it, put a ring on it. With gay couples isn't the pitcher that's supposed to give the ring to the catcher?

That's funny coming from a senile lunatic who has been ranting at me for months that I am going to freeze and starve to death, But now...
Now that Biden has sabotaged the Nordstream pipelines I am willing to bet that Germany will be in hell this winter.
... now you really really mean it! LoL!
The leaves are turning and winter is coming.
You have to be a real creepy weirdo to be inventing such doom.
Isn't there a creepy weirdo forum for creepy weirdos like you?

Speaking of creepy and weird, PIF schooled you about Germany:

The Germans said a week ago that they have secured enough gas for the winter.
And here is part of your creepy weirdo reply:
So when are you and ZZpeedy going to make it official and get hitched? If you love it, put a ring on it. With gay couples isn't the pitcher that's supposed to give the ring to the catcher?
As if being a Putin Stooge isn't bad enough. You are also mental.

The Turnip Winter (German: Steckrübenwinter)of 1916 to 1917 was a period of profound civilian hardship in Germany during World War I.

For the duration of World War I, Germany was constantly under threat of starvation due to the success of the Allied blockade of Germany. Whatever meagre rations remained were sent to the troops fighting the war, so the civilian population faced the brunt of the famine. The winter of 1916–1917, later known as the "Turnip Winter", marked one of the harshest years in wartime Germany. Poor autumn weather led to an equally poor potato harvest and much of the produce that was shipped to German cities rotted. Germany's massive military recruitment played a direct role in this, as all areas of the economy suffered from lack of manpower, including agriculture. The loss of the potato crop forced the German population to subsist on Swedish turnip or rutabaga as an alternative.

Low on fuel and fertilizer Germany and Europe are going to suffer like never before. Maybe they are purposely destroying the country to drive out all the invading Muslims and Americans. I expect a lot of asylum applications from Europe.

This is 2022 and Germany has enough energy stored for the winter.

I’ll just point out that your complete breakdown on the internet is in relation to Putin’s failing invasion.
Sucks to be you.

"This is 2022 and Germany has enough energy stored for the winter."

No country has enough natural gas storage to last and entire winter, especially Germany. You are being lied to or know better and are lying to FR. Germany has been putting up windmills and solar panels trying to wean off of natural gas, they were not building massive storage facilities for natural gas

I will bet good money that you are dumb enough to believe that propaganda claiming Russia blew up its own pipeline to cut off Europe in spite of the fact that they could just turn off the the valves in Russia to cut Germany off. When you are suffering from lack of food and heat this winter know that your hero Biden blew those pipelines.

Winter is coming.
