Today, a federal judge ordered the FBI to “produce the information it possesses related to Seth Rich’s laptop.”
This case involves a multi-year fight by attorney Ty Clevenger to obtain records relating to the FBI/DOJ investigation of Seth Rich, particularly whether Rich was involved in the hack of the DNC or had communicated with Wikileaks.
This fight dates back to 2017 and includes two FOIA lawsuit. In the first lawsuit, the FBI produced no responsive documents. The parties knew the FBI had something, and so this sparked a second lawsuit – where the FBI somehow found 20,000 pages of potentially responsive documents. The court explains:

Can someone please tell me why the FBI would be involved in investigating this killing?

Judges need to start throwing the lawyers in jail for contempt and the Head of the FBI as well.
Why would FBI have and interest or jurisdiction over this crime?
Hell. Their own objections to releasing the information raises many questions, many of which confirm the so called conspiracy theories.
Never Trumpers are also posing as MAGA people and discouraging people from voting.

I couldn’t get the linked website to come up. Does it actually order production of the laptop, as the headline implies? Or “material related to the laptop in its possession and related to the FOIA requests” as the excerpt from the page 53 of the Court Order says?
The latter has huge escape holes: “Possession? Uh, no we destroyed that this morning, so we have nothing in our possession. Related? We in our sole judgement reckon not, and you can’t see it to show otherwise.”

This thoroughly corrupt government fears nothing. Some isolated judge who hasn’t been assimilated into the deepstate has no power over them. They have not, and never will, release any incriminating information.
Sadly the FBI will do anything to keep anything important from ever seeing the light of day. It isn’t like anyone can see what they are doing.
