We’ve known for a long time the election systems are used to cheat. Kill Chain was popular on HBO long before the 2020 election where the numbers were screwed deliberately to steal the election for Biden. Democrats were very loud in their condemnation of the machines, the machines, the machines back when they didn’t like the result of elections. Many times hacking and security experts demonstrated how easy it would be to hack into a machine system and change votes. Yet, here, under oath, before Congress, we have Dominion heads lying about it.

Let’s get rid of them. Use paper only and vote in person, one day, no mail in voting, no ballot drop boxes, and let the counting be done at the precinct level by citizen voter volunteers immediately without tabulation machines or AI adjudication. It’s the only way to have trustworthy elections again.

You're right. But they'll never go back to any of that. They've got their rigged voting and counting system in place and that's the way they want to keep it. It's how countries fall to communism and that's the end game here.

When we win the House, we need:

• To hire independent auditors to examine the election process controls in every state as it regards Federal elections.
• I think courts would reject the Federal government looking at state election processes if there is no Federal election unless there is reasonable cause and evidence to suspect a constitutional violation like equal protection. State election processes remains a state authority.
• The audit needs to be thorough. From machine controls to ballot controls to mail in voting to in person voting, to tabulation, etc.
• The auditors need to consider the findings of the Arizona audits, and the other audits, and Peter Navaro's document on election fraud.
• And they need to consider the findings of the auditors in all the other states. So they need to share findings on a real time basis so other state auditors can consider them.
• They need to list out every possible vulnerability to a fair election and make sure there are reasonable controls to proect against those vulnerabilities.
• And then they need to come back after the next federal election and verify that the controls were in fact followed.
• And they need to schedule periodic audits in every state. At least one forensic audit every 12 years.

They also need to thoroughly audit the election assistance commission, because that Federal agency is tasked with certifying the election machines for use in the USA.

I agree, but without some evidence backing the suspicion, I think a state could easily say, we have sufficient controls and this is a state matter, there is no Federal jusisdiction.

Besides if you have controls for federal elections that are audited, it's highly likely the state will adopt those controls for state elections as well. They wouldn't have two sets of standards, that would easily be attacked by legislators at the state level.

Any process that is not auditable is on it’s face fraudulent. Machines don’t commit fraud people do. Counting at precinct level is the way to go with no mail in ballots. Machines can be verified and balanced at the precinct. OOB? All votes for that machine are invalid. If philly is OOB no votes for you. Must match the signature books and can be verified via audit.
