There is a video clip of him landing in Dulles. The libtards took one frame out of the otherwise completely normal arrival and transfer to a car and claim it shows him hand cuffed.It does not show that, but that one frame is vague so that’s what they are claiming. There will be many deep state liberal hearts broken when they realize he was not arrested. He arrived and walked from the plane to the car like a normal person.
