Only reason he may be in DC IMO would be to iron out any plans to attend the Queens funeral.
The reason I doubt Trump is going to the Queens funeral is that the UK is allowing only one representative and their spouse per country and they are asking everyone to fly commercial and...no private vehicles or helos. Everyone will be bussed from the airport. No way Trump agrees to that.
