My theory is that this is how reparations will be enacted. Based on some formulas, individuals will be assessed a reparations tax to be collected over time and then distributed to those who are determined to be eligible to receive reparations. The IRS will be the agency in charge of collections and distribution.

I am doing what I can do. I inform people around me what is happening. They tell me I am crazy, nothing like that is going to happen. I print out articles from Free Republic and show them to them. They say that the articles are fake. They say that the Government would not do anything that would harm the People.
