It’s a fair legal tactic to delay things, but almost makes it worse by allowing more and more information to come out. And Trump’s still talking and incriminating himself about having them . His legal team dropped the “he declassified them” idea in their last statement because that doesn’t fly. It’s illegal to have at face value but now there’s obstruction
