Apparently you fashion yourself some type of intellectual but it actually falls pretty flat. I suspect you aren’t nearly as insightful as you think you are.
Perhaps you should take a lit course on 1984 to better examine the main players in the story since you are confused about some of them and the message Orwell was trying to communicate.

You’re the one who pretended he never HEARD of Winston Smith; and then in the space of far less than an hour, suddenly pivoted to know all about the book 1984;
the subtleties of its messaging;
and who the various characters are.
AND that you suddenly know them all at a greater level of detail than I do.
AND pivoted from that to the idea that I’m a pseudo intellectual.
