Richard Nixon gets to laugh in his grave.
Happy dance!
BTTT
“Richard Nixon gets to laugh in his grave.”
Trump is ‘Nixon’s revenge’ on steroids.
As a 51 year old conservative, it gives me great pleasure to know some anti Nixon asshole from the late 1960’s is going watch Trump be elected in 2024, while he lives in a little apartment with a foreigner wiping his ass.
The moron will be in a rage with saliva dripping off his liberal chin.
Why does WaPo need any journalists at all, when it gets its newsfeed from the CIA?
Ah, the media. Where men are weak, and the women are odd looking.
If they jump out of the windows, send videos please.
Remind me again. Why should I care?
The Minneapolis Startribune needs the WaPo. This is where the Trib gets all its news.
Have you ever looked at all the VP’s the newspapers have?
And, with $600 per foreclosure notice posted in the Trib, the newspaper isn’t doing too bad. It used to be 4-6 foreclosures per day, now there are 4-6 pages of foreclosure notices per day. (MN law, f/c notice must be published)
That’s a shame.
If management drops pay of reporters below $7.00 per hour, there will be an insurrection!
Aw, gosh. That’s such a shame. 🎻 🎼
Thanks for the good news.
When the Mockingbird Compost closes its doors for good I will be celebrating with champagne.
Awwww. Not layoffs!
Odd that some little weekly or on line paper hasn’t scooped that business.
When my dad got stationed at the Pentagon in the early 70s, there was a tongue-in-cheek pamphlet they handed out to new arrivals called “How to Read the Washington Post.” It was a primer on how to cut through the layers of BS to get to the modicum of truth buried in their articles back then.
I think they abandoned the modicum of truth thing a couple of decades ago.
Dad told us kids about this when we became old enough to see the games the media played. He wished he’d kept a copy and I wish he had too.
Probably nobody will notice ... has as many readers as CNN has viewers.

One of the things I got to do after my dad passed away is to cancel the subscription to the Washington Post.
Not even sure why he had a subscription to it, he wasn’t reading it. It did a nice job of filling up the recycling bin because he had a daily subscription.
I think the “journalists” working for WaPo, NYT and The Hill just take turns writing articles, then the others dress it up a bit and publish it as their own. One article distributed to a dozen papers.
