He nominated right of center SC justices I will give him that. Of course thats to be expected of any Republican and overall the Trump justices aren’t much more conservative that the Bush. Other than that please let me know what other major lasting accomplishments for conservatives Trump has achieved. Seems most of his term was catfighting on twitter and his employees writing tell all books.

Personally I think Trump did a lot given the fact that all three branches of government (including his own executive branch) were weaponized against him to hamstring him at every step. He got zero help from the GOP controlled congress and the Dem controlled congress refused to even meet with him, instead impeaching him multiple times over nothing. All while the executive branch investigated him repeatedly, tapped his phones, and leaked like sieves and radical judged issues unprecedented numbers of national injunctions to shut down as many of his EOs as possible.
Yet he shut down a lot of illegal immigration with the help of Mexico, of all things. He expanded the border fence by a huge margin, he increased domestic energy production by removing loads of burdensome regulations, wiped out ISIS, and signed peace deals all over the Middle East.
But when you are forced to get things done by force of will, personality, and EOs it can all be erased if you don't secure a second term to institutionalize the changes made. And he didn't get that term. Biden cancelled everything on day one. And all of those accomplishments were scattered like so much sand in wind. With even a tiny bit of help from his own party maybe some of them could have been preserved. But it's 100% obvious to the blindest of the blind that the GOP leaders in both chambers of Congress wanted Biden and even though he is the worst President ever they continue to support his agenda in a low key manner.
With that sort of congressional caucus I'm not sure any GOP President can ever get anything done under any circumstances.
Middle east accords with Israel, Recognized Jerusalem. not small things. Worked on a lot of deregulation that goes unseen but he did not have a good cabinet and legislatively was not effective. Exective order anly go so far. and he let the Pharms off the hook for any liability with the covid crap. He let the tweets ruin him. for what? personal attacks.
