Actually, the reason the left fears that women will die, it is because it will deny them their ideal woman: a childless, largely barren soul in pumps, chained to a desk.

That's why all these firms are offering to pay for abortion trips - that way, they can keep working.

The SCOTUS didn’t say abortion wasn’t the business of the Federal Gov’t but that it was a legislative matter and not a judicial matter. The U.S. Congress could legalize (or ban) abortion nationwide. Individual state legislatures could legalize or ban abortion (assuming Congress doesn’t do anything).

The federal government has the power to ban abortions generally.
