Except for the usual libertarians, I’m not hearing anything from the left in regards to the lack of judicial process in these hearings. The question beggars the point: Why are we watching a congressional committee behaving like a tribunal? They have no judicial authority...

Similar to Russia Russia Russia, an official insinuation is as good as a conviction. It not be correct, it is okay if it melts over time, what matters is that it influence enough of the public to give cover.
Comey insinuates Trump campaign in cahoots with Russians leads to Mueller. Things tied up for years on a known false insinuation. Congress does the same thing, and even though it is partisan, it IS by a majority of Congress.
FBI/DOJ searches in the news ... same thing, support the insinuation. It is okay if charges aren’t brought, or brought and tossed. The process is intimidating and effective. Courts support the government side, the “official” side, unless the abuse of power is over the top obvious, and courts are experts at allowing the smallest smidgen of “cause” suffice for massive abuse of power. The system is biased, rigged that way. Insiders have the winning hand. See Flynn trial.

I have better things to do with my time then watch this carp show
I’m going out on a limb here. I suspect that there is a txt or email that was written by or received by a Republican that is riding high in the polls ahead of a primary election that is scheduled in the next week or two. There is a frantic need to try to tie this Republican to “criminal activity”, (by inference and taking out of context or fabricating it), so that the “preferred” RINO can win.
Two major cases. You forgot the EPA case that appears to be a evisceration of the EPA’s ability to make industry wide rulings/fines vs. having to make the rulings/fines to the individual power plant.
