Thanks for the link. His pump is much older and they’re not the same. I’ve figured out what is wrong I just need to find out where to get the replacement parts. Harvest Right doesn’t do replacement parts. And they wouldn’t even give me a link to find out where to find them. I was really disappointed in their customer service.

They appear to sell replacement pumps here at this link.
Or maybe one of them resembles your three-year-old pump.
I'm going to go looking for newer models.
Harvest Right’s website has the parts list. I have downloaded that but most parts websites want a manufacturer or a model number. The pump has none of that and Harvest Right won’t tell me anything.
Thanks I have a Runnings near me.
Mr mm and I had casually discussed purchasing one but decided against it because of the price.
Now for sure we won’t.
Do you have a link for that? I can't seem to find on their web page anything about parts lists.
I have them. This filter goes on top of the pump and is metal with a filter inside. Kind of like an inline gas filter on you car. It screws in on top of an O Ring. Thanks. I’ll keep that link for some other things if I ever get the parts for this. Thanks for the help.

There are few gaskets I have not been able to make from stock and even fewer water separators I’ve been able to bypass with non-proprietary parts.
If either or both are not an option, I suggest searching for a forum of like-minded equipment owners and your questions might be easily answered.
Specialty equipment usually breeds necessity and minds come together to solve stubborn manufacturer-created headaches (in said specialty equipment forums).
Specialty equipment is the hardest to maintain/repair. Best of luck, especially if you have no access to a mechanic who might make easy work of this.

Enter the model number without the Harvest Right name. Many times resellers don’t change the model number to ease re-order from their supplier.
If you get any hit from companies that sound like they may make similar equipment on your search, get in touch with them and explain the problem.
No model number. That’s my problem. No manufacturer label either. All is says is Harvest Right. I’ve found parts that look right but I don’t want to buy it if it doesn’t fit. I’m convinced they don’t want you to fix them because you’ll buy a new one.
I know. :)
Ours has been running weekly since we bought it a year ago - sure, it’s had some issues and I needed to replace the relay board, upload new software, replace the USB board (twice), but with a bit of effort, and a bit of patience, overall I’ve been pleasantly surprised with HR’s support.
I’ve never had to wait for an ‘appointment’ - just dial the tech support number and then hit ‘0’. Connected immediately. Want your parts overnight? Pay about $30 and they ship them via Fedex Overnight.
If we had to buy the amount of stuff we’ve freeze-dried, it would have cost us at least double the cost of the entire setup.
